Willowdale needs more housing, including homes that families, young people, and seniors can afford. Growth must come with the capacity to support it.

I will:

• Assess major development proposals against transportation, water, sewer, park, and community-service needs.
• Seek clear infrastructure funding and delivery commitments alongside new density.
• Support a wider range of housing, including family-sized homes and purpose-built rentals.
• Work with school boards and the Province to address school capacity as neighbourhoods grow.
• Push for efficient approvals for suitable projects while protecting meaningful resident participation.

Residents should be able to see how each major development will contribute to a functioning neighbourhood.
