I will push for clearer reporting on major contracts, project costs, delays, and service results. Spending proposals should identify their full operating and maintenance costs, including the obligations they create for future taxpayers.

I will prioritize public safety, roads, transit, sanitation, and neighbourhood services, and challenge spending that cannot demonstrate a clear public benefit.
